How we choose these opportunities
These are review rules, not predicted results. We look for at least 100 impressions in your selected period. “Within reach” means average position 8 to 20. “Seen, fewer clicks” means average position below 8 and CTR below 2%. “Content to review” means average position above 20. Each row appears in one group, ordered by impressions.
CTR is recalculated from clicks ÷ impressions. Search intent, brand searches, devices, location and search features affect CTR; 2% is a review threshold, not a universal benchmark. Average position is not a current live rank. Query exports may omit private queries and be truncated; page impressions can overlap. These results describe only this file, not your whole site. No estimate of extra traffic or revenue is made.
Exact duplicate measurements are counted once. Conflicting duplicates are rejected. Blank, invalid and zero-impression rows are excluded with a count. We do not combine different date ranges or dimensions.
