LunahUP for providers

Help people understand your care before they contact you.

Your services. Your contact path. One free provider profile.

People comparing practices need practical answers: what you offer, who you see, what it costs and how to reach you. Put those published details together in an individual or practice profile they can review before getting in touch.

Start with a private draft, complete the required review, then choose when to publish.

Answer the practical questions before the first conversation.

Be understood

Explain who you see and what you offer

Show your actual profession, biography, services, insurance, fees, age groups and appointment formats. People can compare the basics in one place before asking about their specific needs. Describe your affiliation or supervision where applicable.

Be reachable

Send people to your existing contact path

Connect your profile to your booking page, website, email or business phone, so people can take the next step with the tools your practice already uses. Enable directory email inquiries when available. Your practice confirms the appointment.

Be shareable

A profile link and QR you can use anywhere

Share your public profile with its photo, or use its QR on a poster, business card or practice materials. Share your services and contact options together, instead of sending separate descriptions each time.

From signup to a public profile

  1. Start with your business email. Choose an individual or practice profile and open the private editing link sent to an inbox you control.
  2. Build an accurate profile. Add your photo, actual services, service states and the destination people should use.
  3. Complete the required review. Submit the requested verification details and private evidence. Staff review is separate from saving or submitting a draft.
  4. Publish and share. Once eligible, publish your profile and use its public link, QR and sharing tools.

Understand interest without overcounting appointments

Your private activity view helps you see how people engage with your profile and contact options. Directory actions show interest; they do not prove that a person attended a visit. Connect your appointment destination to your own intake process to confirm what happens next.

No listing can guarantee a search ranking, referral volume or appointment. Keep your published information current so people can make a useful comparison.

Questions before your next step

Who can create a profile?

Individuals and practices can sign up separately. The directory focuses on therapists, psychiatric providers, treatment centers and support groups. Choose your actual professional type and describe only services you offer.

Is it free to join?

Creating a directory profile is free. You can manage your listing through a private editing link sent to your account email. LunahUP’s separate marketing services are optional.

How does verification work?

Submit the requested NPI and license details, and use the private ID workflow when required. Staff review the evidence before approval. Each clinician has their own review; a practice affiliation does not automatically verify every clinician. Public badges describe the actual review or approval.

What do the lead counts mean?

The private activity view reports directory actions, such as appointment starts, destination clicks, inquiry submissions and phone clicks. Those actions are not confirmed appointments, connected calls or completed visits. The practice must confirm outcomes in its own workflow.

Can I choose where appointment requests go?

Yes. Choose the appointment page, website, public business email or phone destination you want to use. When enabled, the on-site email form delivers inquiries to your chosen business inbox. The private editing email is not automatically made public.

Can I list a practice and its clinicians?

Yes. A practice account can manage affiliated clinician profiles. Each profile keeps its own identity, photo, credentials and review. Published affiliations connect the practice and clinician pages so people can understand who they would see.
