Mental health marketing agencies compared: prices, services and terms in one place.

Most agencies that market therapy and psychiatry practices do not publish their prices, which makes offers hard to compare. This page collects what each agency publishes on its own website, with a link to the source, so you can compare like with like. LunahUP is one of the agencies listed, and we say so plainly.

AI helps prepare. Your people approve.

What gets in the way

Most agencies do not publish their prices.

Without published prices, minimum terms and a clear list of what is included, practices compare sales calls instead of offers, and the cheapest-looking proposal can cost the most over a year.

The LunahUP approach

From an unanswered question to a clearer next step.

Collect what each agency publishes, with links, and compare the first year’s total, the minimum term and what you keep if you leave.

Bring the proposals you are comparing, and we will go through them line by line with you. We review the gap, prepare proposed work from your confirmed facts, and let your team approve the change.

This is the improvement we work toward. Results depend on the work, your market and what can be measured.

Published prices, side by side

Only what each agency publishes on its own website on October 26, 2026. Prices change, so check the linked source before you decide. Where an agency publishes several conflicting figures, we show the range it gives.

How to read the comparison

What the numbers mean, what they leave out and what to ask before you sign.

How we built this page

Every price and term above comes from the agency’s own website, checked on October 26, 2026, and each source is linked at the bottom of this page. We did not use estimates, review sites or prices quoted in private proposals. Where a page gave two figures that disagree, we show the range it gives rather than choosing one.

LunahUP wrote this page and is one of the agencies in it. We list our own prices and terms in the same columns as everyone else’s, and we will correct any line an agency shows us is out of date.

Compare the first year, not the first month

A low monthly price can sit on top of a large fee up front, and a high monthly price can come with no setup cost at all. Add the setup fee, twelve months of the monthly price and any website or ad management charges to get a first-year total for each proposal.

For example, LunahUP’s Growth plan is $599 a month with no setup fee, so a full year costs $7,188. Ad spend is separate for every agency in the table, because it is paid to Google or Meta, not to the agency.

Up-front fees and minimum terms

Three patterns appear in the table. Some agencies charge a large build fee before monthly work begins. Some ask for a minimum term, such as 90 days or a recommended six to twelve months. Others, LunahUP included, work month to month.

A minimum term is not wrong in itself, since search work takes months to show results. What matters is knowing the term before you start, what you keep if you leave and whether the agency still earns your business each month.

What “AI visibility” means in each offer

Several agencies now list AI search, GEO or AI visibility. The label alone does not tell you what is done or how it is checked. Ask which AI assistants are checked, which questions are asked, how often, and whether the report shows the actual answers with their dates and sources.

LunahUP publishes its own method, including what a report can and cannot prove, on its page about how we measure AI visibility. Use the same questions with any agency, ours included.

Who owns the website and the accounts

Your domain, website, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics and ad accounts should be registered to your practice, with the agency given access. Ask this in writing before work starts, because it decides what happens if you change agencies.

Ask too whether the website is built on a platform you can take with you. Subscription website plans often include hosting, which is convenient, but check what moving away would involve.

Which kind of agency fits which practice

A solo therapist who mainly needs a clear website may be well served by a website subscription with hosting included. A group or psychiatry practice with several services usually needs new pages added steadily and someone reading Search Console every month.

Programs such as IOP, PHP and addiction treatment have extra advertising rules, including Google’s certification requirement for addiction services. Ask any agency what experience it has with those rules before it runs ads for you.

Where LunahUP fits

LunahUP is newer than most agencies in this table. What we offer instead of a long client list is transparency: every price published, month-to-month search plans, a written method for measuring AI answers and your team’s approval before anything goes live.

If another agency on this page suits your practice better, we would rather you choose it with clear numbers than choose us without them.

Details when you need them

How this work fits your practice

Published prices for mental health marketing range from website subscriptions under $100 a month to full-service agency packages above $10,000 a month. Some agencies charge a large fee up front, some ask for a minimum term of 90 days or more, and some work month to month. Many now list AI search or “AI visibility”, but few explain how it is measured. Compare the first year’s total cost, the minimum term, who owns the website and accounts, and how results are reported.

Questions practices ask

How much does mental health marketing cost?

Based on the prices agencies publish, from under $100 a month for a website subscription to more than $10,000 a month for a full-service package. Search work for a single practice is commonly priced in the hundreds to low thousands of dollars a month. Ad spend is always extra and is paid to the ad platform.

Which mental health marketing agencies publish their prices?

Of the agencies on this page, LunahUP, Beacon Media + Marketing, Private Practice SEO, Therapy Everywhere, Brighter Vision, Mental Health Marketing, TherapistX, Thrive and Lead to Recovery publish some prices. The others ask you to request a quote.

Do mental health marketing agencies require contracts?

It varies. Some work month to month, some ask for a minimum of 90 days, and one in this table describes payments over 16 months. Ask for the term in writing before you start.

Is this comparison neutral?

It is written by LunahUP, which is one of the agencies listed. To keep it fair, it uses only what each agency publishes on its own site, links every source and shows our own prices in the same columns. We correct any line an agency shows us is out of date.

What should I ask an agency before signing?

The first-year total, the minimum term, who owns the website and accounts, what is delivered each month, how AI visibility is measured, who approves changes before they go live and what you keep if you leave.
