LunahUP

Pricing

Healthcare marketing pricing: choose the work your practice needs next.

Start with one clear priority: a better practice website, clearer service pages or search work you can review. Search plans start at $299 a month, month to month with no setup fee. Agree the scope and human approvals before work begins.

AI helps prepare. Your people approve.

What gets in the way

Choose the work before choosing the package.

A list of marketing services can be hard to compare when the deliverables, approval responsibilities and additional costs are unclear.

The LunahUP approach

From an unanswered question to a clearer next step.

Start with one priority, then agree the scope, price and who approves each change.

Bring your current site, next priority and preferred review responsibilities. We review the gap, prepare proposed work from your confirmed facts, and let your team approve the change.

This is the improvement we work toward. Results depend on the work, your market and what can be measured.

Search: SEO, GEO and AEO

How the plans work

What each plan includes month by month, how to choose one, and how to compare any agency’s proposal, including ours.

A month on Essentials

Essentials, at $299 a month, is for a solo therapist or a small practice whose website mostly works but is not being found or chosen. Each month you receive website findings to review, proposed corrections to your business profile and pages, AI answer samples where they are configured, and a monthly report within the scope you agreed.

Nothing goes live until your authorized reviewer checks and approves it. If your team prefers to make the approved changes itself, it can. If LunahUP can publish to your site, we make them after approval.

What Growth adds each month

Growth, at $599 a month, is built for group practices and psychiatry practices with several services to explain. On top of everything in Essentials, it adds two new service or city pages a month, competitor tracking, Search Console and Google Analytics reporting, and a weekly report instead of a monthly one.

Over six months that is up to twelve new pages, each drafted from facts your team confirms and approved before publication. The weekly report shows what changed and how the connected numbers moved, with the source and period beside each figure.

Multi-location, and how locations are counted

Multi-location is for practices with two or more locations, or that serve patients in two or more states. It is Growth for each location, at $999 a month, plus $299 a month for each extra location.

We agree the list of locations with you before work starts, so the monthly price is clear from the first invoice. If you open or close a location, you can change the plan from the next month.

How to choose a plan

Start with your next priority, not the biggest plan. If your site already has a page for each service and your main need is fixing what search engines and AI assistants see, Essentials is the usual starting point. If whole services or towns have no page yet, Growth adds them at a steady pace.

If your website cannot be edited, or is missing most of what patients look for, a website project may come first. Count the pages you need. For example, a hypothetical practice with four services in three towns needs the six core pages plus seven more, which fits the Practice site’s 20-page limit but not the Starter site’s eight.

How websites and upkeep fit together

A Starter site, $1,200 one time, covers home, about, services, insurance, appointment request and FAQ pages. A Practice site, $2,000 one time, adds a page for each service and each city or state you serve, up to 20 pages. Larger sites are $2,000 plus $500 for each extra 10 pages.

Maintenance keeps a site accurate after launch. Care, $79 a month, covers about an hour of text and hours updates, broken-page and form checks, analytics coverage checks and backups. Care Plus, $149, allows up to three hours and new pages as you need them. Maintenance is free while a search plan is active on a site LunahUP built, or you can take $300 off a website with a 6-month Growth plan.

What stays with your practice

Ad management is quoted separately, and ad spend is always paid by your practice into its own Google or Meta account. You see every dollar of spend directly, separate from any fee for managing the ads.

Approval also stays with you. Your clinicians and managers decide what is accurate about your services, fees and care. LunahUP prepares the work and keeps a record of each approved change, but it never replaces the judgment of the people responsible for your practice.

Questions to ask any agency

Ask each agency what it will deliver every month, in numbers: pages, fixes, reports. Ask who approves work before it is published, which data its reports use and over what period, and whether it follows Google Search Essentials. Google’s own advice on hiring an SEO suggests asking what results to expect, in what timeframe, and how success will be measured.

Then ask who owns each account. Your domain, website, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics and ad accounts should be registered to your practice, with the agency given access. Ask how long the contract runs, what notice is needed to end it and what you keep when it ends.

Red flags in a marketing proposal

Be wary of any proposal that promises a ranking position or a set number of new patients. Google’s advice on hiring an SEO says no one can promise first place in its results. Be equally wary of secrecy about methods, offers of bought links, and review schemes. The FTC says a business cannot make a reward depend on a review being positive.

Other warning signs include an agency registering your domain or profile in its own name, ad spend paid through the agency with no view of your own account, pricing tied to patients or appointments, requests for full Search Console control just to run an audit, and unsolicited emails from agencies. Google suggests giving read access only at the audit stage, and its guidance also warns about agencies that make contact out of the blue.

When to expect movement

Search engines take weeks to re-crawl and re-rank changed pages, and AI assistants change their answers over time. A fair review of search work uses months of measured data, comparing the same searches over matching periods.

Every report shows where a number came from, the period it covers and what it cannot show. A useful report also says when a change has not moved anything yet, so the next month’s work can be chosen with that in mind.

What happens if you stop

Every search plan is month to month, so there is no contract term to buy out, and you can change plans from the next month. Approved changes already published on your website stay there, and your ad accounts were yours from the start.

If you stop a search plan on a site LunahUP built, maintenance is no longer free. You can keep Care or Care Plus, or look after the site yourselves. If you took the $300 website discount with a 6-month Growth plan, check how it applies before you change plans early.

Practice websites

Built so visitors and search systems can read it: a page for each service and place you serve, structured data, and an agreed analytics setup that is checked after publication.

What no plan includes

No per-patient pricing

No plan is priced per patient, inquiry, appointment or referral.

No guaranteed rankings or patient numbers

Nobody controls Google or an AI assistant. Review available measurements with their source, period and coverage.

No bought links or reviews

Link schemes and paid or gated reviews put a healthcare practice at risk. They are never part of the work.

Try the work for yourself

Questions practices ask

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month. Websites are a one time price.

What work does the plan help reduce?

AI assisted research and drafting can reduce repeated preparation. Your team reviews evidence, makes corrections and authorizes the final work. Compare the agreed scope and your own workflow rather than assuming a saving against another service.

Do I need a new website to start?

No. Search plans work on the website you already have, as long as LunahUP can publish to it or you can make the approved changes.

What does AI assistant monitoring cost on top?

Nothing. It is included in every search plan.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from the next month.

What does a search plan cost per year?

Essentials is $3,588 a year, Growth $7,188 and Multi-location $11,988 before any extra locations, if you keep the plan for twelve months. Because plans are month to month, you pay only for the months you use.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?

No. Search plans have no setup fee. Websites are a one time price, and ad management, when you want it, is quoted separately.

Can we start with a website and add search later?

Yes. You can launch the site first and add a search plan once it is live. While the search plan is active on a site LunahUP built, maintenance is free.

Do you charge per lead, call or new patient?

No. No plan is priced per patient, inquiry, appointment or referral. Pricing tied to patient numbers can blur into paying for referrals, which healthcare law restricts, so it is worth asking any agency how its fee is calculated.

What does our team need to do each month?

Review the findings and drafts, confirm or correct the practice facts they rely on, and approve each public change. Name one authorized reviewer, and involve a clinician whenever a page describes care. The time this takes depends on how many changes are proposed and how quickly facts can be confirmed.

How should we compare two proposals with different prices?

Line them up by deliverables, not by price: pages per month, reports and their sources, who approves changes, who owns the accounts and how either side can end the agreement. A lower price with unclear deliverables is harder to judge than a higher one with clear ones.
