Actual software · Synthetic examples · Clear limits
See the record. See the review. See what was actually saved.
Examine a synthetic EVV decision, a medication-document review and a sample note-preparation observation. Each example has a specific scope, so your team can distinguish a draft, a staff decision and a retained result.
People verify the facts, review AI drafts and approve consequential actions.

The work behind the review
A screen is useful when you know what it proves.
These examples show bounded behavior in the actual interface. They do not establish customer time savings or one complete compliance loop. Start with the example closest to the work your team needs to investigate.
Example 1 · Saved EVV decision
Reopen the test visit and find the explanation.
The reviewed test began with a missing-clock-in finding. An administrator entered an explicit synthetic cancellation explanation and cancelled the existing test visit. Reloading the same record retained the cancelled status and explanation.
- What was observed: a synthetic finding, an administrator action and a saved result after reload.
- What to inspect: the reason, explanation and retained status in the images.
- Scope: a test cancellation, not corrected care time, independent approval or external acceptance.

Example 2 · Note preparation
Examine the draft—and the information still needing confirmation.
The tested sample-note flow prepared wording, flagged missing information and required staff confirmation before the prepared text could be applied. Staff supplied the facts and checked the proposed wording.
- What was observed: preparation and a missing-information confirmation step.
- What to evaluate next: corrections, reviewer handoff and signing for your supported workflow.
- Scope: this observation does not establish a completed signed-note workflow or measured time saving.
Example 3 · Medication-document review
Read the finding as a prompt for staff verification.
The synthetic medication document produced review findings in the actual interface, including a “Do not administer” instruction. The displayed document is a fictional test fixture for examining the review step.
- What was observed: a synthetic source and review findings.
- Who decides: authorized people verify the source and follow the appropriate clinical workflow.
- Scope: no activated order, completed medication pass or safe-administration outcome is established.

Evaluate your own task
Compare preparation and review together.
Choose the same fictional task in your current process and a sample-data demonstration. Include the original facts, incomplete information, reviewer questions and the available saved result.
- Count repeated searches, entry and corrections.
- Check which human decisions and approvals remain.
- Agree what the 30-day free evaluation should establish before introducing agency records.
Questions before the next step
Know what this guide establishes.
Are these customer records?
No. The displayed proof uses synthetic test information. It is separate from customer results or testimonials.
Do these examples prove a complete connected compliance loop?
No. The EVV decision, note-preparation observation and medication-document review have separate scopes. Automatic cross-workflow linkage and independent final verification are not established by these examples.
Can our team test a different workflow?
Bring the task, required records and reviewer responsibilities to a sample-data demo. Confirm current availability, access and scope before agreeing an evaluation.
