Answers from matching providers

Kia Brewer: What Can I Expect During My First Appointment?

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your experiences and concerns, and begin identifying what you would like to accomplish. You don't need to have everything figured out, and there is no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. My priority is to create an environment where you feel respected, supported, and comfortable being yourself.

Planning your next step

Which providers list Cigna in Tennessee?

The profiles below explicitly list Cigna in their published insurance information. Compare the actual profession, services, ages served and appointment formats, then contact the practice.

Does listing Cigna mean the clinician is in network for my plan?

Not necessarily. Confirm the exact clinician, plan, service and appointment format with the practice and your insurer before booking. The directory does not verify individual insurance benefits.

What if my insurance plan is not listed?

Not confirmed. A blank field or an unlisted plan does not establish that a provider refuses your insurance. Ask the practice and your insurer for a specific answer.

How do I contact a provider about insurance?

Open a profile and use its appointment request, email or listed business phone. Ask the practice about your exact plan and expected charges; an inquiry does not confirm coverage or an appointment.

Using an insurance listing to plan your appointment

These profiles include Cigna in their published insurance information. An insurer’s name does not establish that a particular clinician, service, location or plan is in network. A practice with several clinicians may have different participation for each person.

Ask the practice and your insurer about the exact clinician and plan before scheduling. Useful questions include the cost of an initial visit and follow-ups, any referral or authorization step, and whether an online appointment is covered under the same arrangement. Your insurer and practice confirm these details; the directory cannot determine benefits.
